EBay paid LG and Zune. a bidder claim didn't recieve the $$$, the other didn't send product ripoff Internet
It was back in end of 2006. I won the bid for a LG and a Zune. I paid them and it is recorded in my bank statement. It is through 3rd party transaction. I didn't not pay them through paypal or credit card. I paid them through my bank to their paypal account.
One of the bidder actually, try to dispute that I didn't pay. When I did paid. He said, he doesn't know how to get the money from "cash beam". K, something I have to say first. My bank use hyperwallet to do third party transaction, and so it makes thing very complicated as I don't know where the transaction was happening wrong. I am very sure, double check numerous of time of his/her paypal e-mail address. And the money is out of my bank already.
I was mad.
Another case, I bought another item, and paid it tool through hyperwallet, and the sellor didn't send me the item.
Because of the complication of the process. And my mind was bothered by my credit card bills and other external factors, I didn't go through the third party refund process. I was very frustrated and can't stand to have more troubles ahead.
So I lost about 300US dollars.
Since then, I never bought anything from ebay...

How is this Ebay or the sellers fault?

You bought something and used a financial service that they couldn't figure out. Did the sellers auction state PayPal only? Why wouldn't you simply use PayPal or send a money order? how is you using a weird transfer service anyones fault but yours for using it? Just because you "sent" the money using your service doesn't mean they "received" it
