Complaint Review: Ebay payment procsessing possible glitch

Ebay payment procsessing possible glitch i purchased a text book for a college class on Aug 30th. On september 21st $50 + $7.99 was refunded. when i pushed after asking several times i was told i initiated the refund. since i did not request the refund it is an obvious glitch in the software, hacking by outside persons causing a glitch in payment processing or the employees are lying. Ebay has told me to contact paypal to resolve the issue and paypal has told me to contact ebay to resolve the issue. when they realized i had already done so ebay and paypal both told me to reach out to the seller to fix the issue. their is a total lack of training and incompetence at both ebay and paypal. after neither ebay or paypal can fix the issue they created. Now its upto me to get with the seller and figure it out between ourselves ? why the do i need payapl or ebay if probelems arise i am on my own ? ... your description ... www.ebay.com
