Ebay, paypal Cheated Mumbai Internet
I won the bidding on 20th of Aug for a mobile phone on ebay and paid Aud $ 392 on 23rd of aug via paypal to the seller and the payment recipt was sent to the seller when i contact seller via email to send me the goods tracking code so i could able to find the status of phone and on my numerous attempt for requesting seller for a goods tracking number seller was unable to provide it so i took my case to the paypal resolution centre and ask for a claim because the seller dosent know the importance
of good tracking code it has been more than 40 day scince i paid for the phone and no action further has been taken by paypal except asking seller for producing the credit card recipt belive me it will be my first and last deal with ebay and paypal and i will not even suggest anyone for it when i paid to the seller the payment recipt was send to the seller but why didnt they ask seller to send the buyer the postal recipt because these online globbers are only worried about their commission they don't even bother weather buyer got the goods or not
Even today there is no sign of phone or my claim

There was no further sign of investigation and no email replies on my above mention case so I called paypal from Indian to USA, soon I realise that it was waste of my few more rupees.
I got horrible reply from customer executive call tracey(Human garbage) she said, "Why don't you cancel the claim and investigate on your own."
I was shocked!!!!!
with that disgusting reply
So there was no point left for further conversation and I decided to hang-up the phone which would atleast save my few money.
Now I highly relaize that I wish i could have Donate that money to Tsunami instead of dealing with crap online gobblers call
Mr paypal and Ms ebay
So I would like to advice my friends on ripoffreport
beware of online dogs.

eBay & Paypal both need to be investigated for business practices

I, having been a 100% rated member of eBay the last few years, also have problems with their increased fees and lower services. But events from the last item we sold have now come to point we no longer willd eal to eBay.
Not only have I had my eBay and even Paypal acocunts attempted to be broken into countless times, when I contact the respective departments at both compnaies, I get nothing back and told to ignore mails, etc.
Well, the last item we sold was a designer purse in June and the fees were like $8.42 then. We forgot about it as the buyer p[aid us and we mailed the item. We have done nothing mroe since.
Now today, we are getting harrassing phone calls from NCO Financial Systems about charges and fees from eBay we did not pay and this makes no sense! I tried to contact the NCO people and they treat us like we are some criminals. I tried to reache Bay several tiems to no avail except form e-mail letters saying they are looking into this. Now my credit report shows a collection action too!
I do not know what is going on, but we have been victims of identity theft before and really believe it is tied to either eBay or Paypal and we as an honest consumer and member of eBay for some years do not need to go through this crap!
Wh is it the customer is always wrong today no matter what hoops we jump through? It never used to be that way!
If there was some dubious attempt to access our banking from eBay or Paypal, we have no idea about it; but I do know under US Patriot Act rules and banking regulations today, they will stop all suspicious activity and perhaps this happened- but eBay should never treat us like they are and now harrassed 24/7 from some NCO Financial for monies we DO NOT owe!! Yet either acts as if we are the problem and eBay still refuses to contact me to clear this matter up.
We have also had other weird things happen this past year either listing on eBay or rtansacting with them, and they need to clamp down on the Nigerian 419 and illegal phishing scam operators who they allow to access their systems and abuse good standing people like us; but it is all about money, and eBay is only looking at MONEY and forgot what customer ssatisfaction is about.
I think inevstigation needs to be done from FTC as well as potential class action suit for others like us who suspect throughe Bay or Paypal, our identites have been stolen and abused by criminal elements and nothing happens to eBay- except they treat the honest goood people like we are to blame.
