eBay rips off sellers.

Warning!!! Do not sell anything on eBay.  With ebay the "Buyer is always right"

What that means is that with their 100% return policy buyers have learned that they can scam sellers out of their money and product by claiming that the product does not meet with their expectations for any reason and they have 30

days to return the item, but they don't.  Even if the seller pays for the return and they must pay for it, not the buyer, if the buyer doesn't return it, they get to keep the item and get their money refunded to boot.  ebay also gets to keep

their fees.  eBay is knowingly ripping off its sellers and they know they will get more

buyers to join in on the ripoff because they still get their fees.

Currently eBay is under a court approved class action lawsuit for their "buyer is always right" policy and their taking of fees even the the money was returned to the buyer.

the bottom line is don't SELL on eBay unless your item is .99 where it's not worth it for buyers and EBay to scam you.

the new slogan is "stay away from eBay" if your a seller.

you have only been on ebay for a year, wait it will happen.

send me a link to your item and I will make it happen sooner thaN later

the bottom line is that you have not read ebays terms

if a seller says they sent your item back but you never receive it the buyer still gets there money back from ebay, paypal will take it out of your account.

in addition you have to pay for the shipping and ebay still gets their fees

 ITS A SCAM

I sell one type of item on eBay, and have been for about a year with no problems.  When a customer asked to return an item, eBay sent me an email, and it specifically said not to refund the buyer until I received the item back.  The buyer sent it back promptly and I refunded her.

I'm not sure why you would refund the buyer if you didn't receive the item?
