Complaint Review: Ebay/ Paypal

ebay and paypal are associated with each other so when they tell you they're not, it's a lie! i had purchased and sold many items in the past through ebay but finally realized that their fees meant i had basically given away the items sold. eventually, if you purchase enough things you are gonna get scammed. it happened to me and when i started to apply for a refund from ebay/ paypal, it was as if i had asked for the titanic to be raised. i received my refund six months later minus $25.00 from each item after many phone calls and emails. ebay no longer post it's contact info. good luck trying to reach them.i hope another competitor comes along and puts these guys out of business. i am no longer a customer of either ebay or paypal.
