Ebay, paypal Ripoff don't by anything from these peoples Iverness Florida
I bought a computer from them. The seller just threw it in the box and taped it up. It was, of course, damaged she didn't even dust it off. Just because she offered to pay for the repairs, they will not return my money. So..I pay $199 for this computer the person I purchase it from is completely irresponsible and I have to pay for it anyway, plus get it repaired. Oh, and by the time I received the computer, I only had two days left to get it to a repair shop and get and estimate for the damages before my chance for a refund was denied.I don't know where they are from, but it certainly takes longer than that just fot an estimate here.I work for a living. Who has time for this.

This isn't Ebay's or PayPal's responsibility. It is between you and the seller. Ebay and Paypal have nothing to do with how a seller ships you a package.
Go after the seller, leave them negative feedback for one thing.

Your problem is with the seller.
And if you file a claim with paypal about it being damaged, your claim sticks through, even IF YOU file on the last day of the 30 days.
