EBay - Paypal ripoff I just want the bike without paying for shipping or my money back Internet
I brought a bike from ebay. In fact I tried to buy three bike, for my children for christmas, recieved one before christmas, have yet to recieved the other two. One I am told by the seller was delivered, but since no one was there to recieve it, it was send back, and if I want it to be deliver a second time, I should pay him another $202.
Well, I don't think I'll be sending him another nickle. The seller and the shipping should have had contacted me with date and time of delivery. No contact was made me, by either party; the problem is he has my $677.00 and insist he will not ship it or return my money, only that I should drive from PA to TENN, or pay again for shipping.
I call credit card company and report it, report eBay, and of course, they're on the crook side. I just want the bike without paying for shipping or my money back, "allnightsinging" is the crook, I mean the seller on eBay,he should call himself "allnightstealing"

Where is the tracking #? Shippers will attempt three times to deliver and leave messages. Do NOT pay for any additional shipping as one has suggested. They ripped you off.

I feel your pain...been there. But, Ebay is not responsible for this in any way and you should focus your attention on the Seller. With your limited information, it sounds like communication could of been better on both sides. I suggest you offer to split the re-shippment charges with the Seller and move on. Life is too short and it looks like the Seller is holding all the cards (your money).
