Ebay PayPal There allowing other people to leave a negative feedback but when i do it they remove my negative feedback and make it positve. If i cant leave the neative why change it to positve knowing i had a bad experience. San Jose California
Pretty much this is the second time this has happen to me i bought an item on ebay and the item was not as describe. Seller refuded to refund my money so i opened a case and lost without anybody really looking at the case seemed automatic. The seller had a high feedback and had already made it clear they were going to win and did.
