Complaint Review: Ebay/Paypal

Following a job change I lost me "user name" and password for Ebay. Before I had access to a computer again, my email host went out of business.
In order to cancel my $9.99 monthly billing, I need to give ebay my user name and password. If I dont have either I can click a button so they can send to my email. Well, as I said, I no longer have access to the email account that used when I initally signed up with Ebay. So I need to change email address with them, but that requires the user name and password that I dont have.
I've tried to email the companies and get no answers to how to address this Catch 22.
I've been paying $9.99 each month for nearly three years without any way of getting it stopped.
Anyone else in the whole world with this problem?
