Please read my bad experience with Ebay.
I have been selling on Ebay for a few months now. I basically check my bank account balance on a daily basis. I checked it recently and almost 2000 was removed from my account. When I discovered it had been Ebay I was floored because I didn't remember having any kind of transaction like this. The next day, I was surprised there wasn't a telephone number, to reach Ebay's customer service, on their website. I learned the hard way that you have to communicate by email only or a live chat room. I decided to try the one on one chat room for help first.

While I was in the chat room, I told the representative my story, she said the withdrawel from my bank account wasn't from Ebay and to contact the Fraud department. She thought someone was pretending to be Ebay. I even called the corporate office-I found the number from a client-and I was told again that Ebay did not withdraw my money. I couldn't sleep for 2 nights because I honestly thought someone had stolen my id and identity. I went to my bank and they asked me to close my account while the investigation was underway.

Well, after communicating with Ebay's slow email service-I found out the transaction was from Ebay. But, a lot of the charges were accidently doubled. I am planning to never sell on Ebay again because of this experience. No one is protected on Ebay-whether you are a seller or a buyer. I recommend everyone to never trust that company. After all I had been through, I never received one apology-just one form letter after another.
