Complaint Review: ebay@yallstore

I purchased this product on 12/1/2017 from ebay.com. it came with a one page instrudtion manuel. No information on the warranty. the security system has now locked me out everything i had tried has not helped. so i reached out to the yallstore. and at first they seemed helpful. except they gave me everythhing i already tried after a few emails back and forth I still have not received any information about the company nor the product warranty. the last email included a link to the manual which i already had that didnt work. i have asked several time to send me the manufractors information so i can have it warrantied still waiting.
