Ebay Inc. Ebay terminated my account unfairly San Jose CA
On July 2023 I found I was in a random violation which led to permanent suspension of my good standing eBay account. I transacted with eBay for 15 years and more to see one day the whole account get shuttered. I want my account back or i will consider a lawsuit due to getting the items that are meant to sell on eBay. Since I cannot transact currently, i cannot sell the said items and I want the money or account back. All the proof of merchandise is available and the store is operated very honestly.

I think eBay should own up to this error.

1) What exactly were you selling?
2) Did you have any disputes?
3) eBay doesn't just terminate accounts, they do tell you what part of the ToS you violated.

They did not inform me exacty what the violation was but I did see it was: "We wanted to let you know that your eBay account has been permanently suspended because of activity that we believe was putting the eBay community at risk. We understand that this must be frustrating, but this decision was not made lightly and it’s important that we keep our marketplace safe for everyone." Items sold, coin And no disputes Sent everything as was supposed to. Accepted returns as needed

There was no visible rule broken in violation nor was it ever explained. It was as random as they came butt head!! If I broke a rule, I would like to know which since I correctly followed every single one

Your first statement says it all "On July 23 I found I was in a random violation". What part of that do you not understand? You broke the rules, Ebay took action. That is their right, that is why they have rules. Go ahead and sue them, you will be laughed out of court!
