I got an email from this guys... and I foolishly opened it.

I went to their website.

If you try to leave then a box pops up with a "live" person.

I fell for it and gave my credit card. Then I saw a report against this company and went back to talk to this "live" person.

The person is not really there. It is a sham, in that regard. You can't get any help from that box. It simply has a loop of messages it displays that makes it appear that you are talking to someone.

So, I tried to call this company to see what was going on. The first few calls didn't make through. Then I finally talked with someone who hung up on me.

Next I talked to someone who explained that the service was free for two weeks. I asked if I could be off the service. She asked me why I wouldn't want to have it for free. I asked if I could get off the program via the internet. She said, "No, you have to call in." Why would I want to wait a few days and then call into cancel! I asked her if she was in St. George (I am originally from Utah) she said "I can't tell you that information for security purposes." I said, "this is exactly why I want out. You guys are too secretive. May I get out?" She said, "ok" and gave me some confirmation number.

What a shame.

I this is from St. George Utah, as a Utah native, I'm embarrased.

Resolution Offer

First of all let me offer my sincerest apologies to Ben. There are no commitments with the free product. There is a bonus free trial period to the membership that accompanies the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation page, and the confirmation email. The trial period is free for 14 days and we would not have charged Janice had she cancelled during the trial period. It is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offer. Ben, the message box is a sales tool we used and have only instituted it as of recently. You are the first to have complained about it; however, I take your concern to heart in determining if it is something we should or shouldn't use. I am also concerned that you couldn't get through on the phone right away and were thenhung up on as it is our policy to treat clients with respect and professionalism. Any information you have on that representative would help me resolve that internally. We monitor our reps, but we do not catch every thing that goes on. I would like an opportunity to make this right, please contact me directly by calling me on my cell phone at 435-773-1795 or via email at ryanr@iworks.com ASAP so that I can help you receive the resolution you are seeking.

Sincerely,
