Complaint Review: Ebizprogram-Acaiberrysupreme.com (boca Raton Fl)

On 10/14/08 I ordered a free trial sample of Acai Berry Supreme and a sample of ColonLeaf Cleanse. Ad simply states if you are not happy in 14 days of purchase simply call for a RMA# to send back. The 866.938.4832 # is bogus. You pay 9.95 for xpress shipping that isn't so express. I didn't rec'v my order until 10/28, not much time to try it out. Called to cancel and no ringtone at all. I was charged $88.62 on 10/24 which is only 10 days after my original order. It states you will be charged 14 days after. I was charged on 10/29 again for 78.84, called my bank to cancel my card but there was already another pending transaction that was going thru. So on 11/5 my card was charged an additional $94.57. I never did rec'v the ColonLeaf but rather Acai's version called Total Cleanse. I am filing another claim today, Bof A was great about it and credited my account for their error. Just to sum up, in only 23 days they managed to get $271.98 out of my account. I should know better; never order from a company that has no physical address or valid email/phone number. Live and learn from me.
