I first heard of Hargrave & Associates on a major radio station on my way in to work here in Dallas, Texas on July 10th, 2008. I immediately contacted the company when I got to work and spoke with a guy by the name of Paul Presha. While speaking with him he was very adamant that I join that day but I wasn't able to afford it that day.

The company continued to send me e-mails over the next few weeks from Ebony Jarrell on behalf of Paul Presha until I did decide to sign on with them on October 13th, 2008 with Diona Epps of Hargrave & Associates. She then turned me over to Ebony Jarrell when proceeded to take care of the transaction. (see below) I was also told by Diona Epps that this would be the best $250.00 spent in my life.

I have tried to contact them over the last 3 weeks via e-mail (no response) Their phones and websites are diconnected. I need to k now how I can go about prosecuting these people and getting my money back?
