eBooks fails to deliver product just paid for, then ignores support requests.

The new "Digital Rights Managment" initiative, coupled with poor customer service, causes eBooks to rip off its customers.

My experience: I bought an eBook online and followied the instructions to download Adobe Acrobat Reader first, as is required. eBooks online systems give server errors every couple of times so their website is not fully functioning. This caused an error to occur with the Download button for my purchase, an eBook, and it is programmed to only give you 3 chances to get the Download.

Customer service at eBooks never responds to e-mailed or form-sent requests for assistance. I was left with the only alternative to charge back the purchase with my credit card, and it was a major hassle. I will never do business with eBooks.com ever again.
