John in sales called me from this 888-389-0532 telling me that he could give me a prime position on google for a first time fee of $99.00 then if i continue service it would be $159.00 month. I signed up and me and my wife went on-line and never saw our business on-line. My wife called EBoost Media and spoke to a Courtney and she was very helpful and apologized for not having us up on-line. My wifed asked requested that we should get a free month of service since it had taken about 25 days to get us on-line. We were told that a free month will be given to us but we still were charged. my wife called to cancel the service and they never cancelled aND i was charged for three months. We spoke to the owner supposely John L and danette cust service manager and they were no help at all. they said my wife never cancelled when i know she did. They charged us for the month we were suppose to get free. You know it's a shame that companies like this operate the way they do. Customer service is terrible today and this company should not be allowed operate and take advantage of people. I will make sure to take this as far as I can. Eboost charged of a total of $417.00 dollars and all they could say is sorry we can't help you and refund you. It really just pisses me off that they are getting away with this scam.

Eboost Media Takes Money and Does NOT Deliver as Promised

#3Consumer Comment

Eboost Media took my money and I have the perception that they never even bothered to set me up to get positive results. Almost two-months later I get the indication from Eboost that they are setting me up to scam me and not setting me up to be at the top of the search engines. My bank is in the process of trying to reverse the charges of $99 and $159. I do not cancel services with scammers. Instead I report them to the authorities for prosecution.

I never received a call from the big cheese at Eboost that I requested on July 28 to assure me that the company is legitimate. This indicates to me they are guilty for scamming their customers.

AS OF TODAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING IN WRITING FROM EBOOST MEDIA STATING THAT MY SERVICE HAS BEEN CANCELLED. EBOOST MEDIA WILL NOT SEND ANYTHING IN WRITING TO US. THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR SERVICES THEY DID NOT PROVIDE. THE BEST THING YOU CAN DO IS CANCEL YOUR CARD WHICH IS WHAT WE DID.
