EBS Billing ripoff deceptive company STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY! Las Vegas Nevada

After reading an ad in the paper for what I thought was a position for an insurance billing clerk, I called the number given. I spoke with a young man who answered many questions that I had, and seemed to know about the product that he was selling.

When I was told there would be an up front investment on $499 I was alarmed and suspicious. Then my husband asked several questions & was given to a supervisor. When I still had qualms about it, the floor supervisor spoke to me as if he was bored and had a stupid child on the other end of the line. He actually yawned in my ear!

Since I had a friend that was in the billing business from home, I ordered it, thinking that I would have the 3 days to cancel to speak to them about the credibility of the company. These people were not going to let me off the phone if I didn't.

I checked into EBS & found out it is not what the physicians in our area use, so I immediatly e-mailed EBS and told them to stop my order. (this was within 24 hrs of ordering) I was told the order had already shipped.
When it came, it was left on my front porch without a signature. It didn't come for 5 days after it was ordered, yet it was in a 2 day priority box with 3 day shipping stickers on it from UPS. But I was told it had been shipped 24 hrs after I had ordered it. More like 24 hrs after I cancelled it.

I didn't even bother to open the UPS box. I wrapped it in brown, & took it to the post office & shipped it overnight, insured, with a signature needed. They refused it.

So I took the brown wrapper off, wrote "refused" on the original unopened box, and took it out to UPS & had them send it back.

As of right now - 9 days later - I still haven't been credited the $499 on my Visa bill. I have emailed them to no avail. They do not respond.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY!!!
