Complaint Review: EBS Electronic Medical Billing.inc

I responded to a help wanted ad just to find out that I would have to pour thousands of dollars into initiating and starting my own Medical Billing Service utilizing their software which has virtually no instructions and zero techinical support.

The EBS/electronic software is not ready to use upon installation and delivery, so it was not actually electronic billing software once I purchased it. This software does not produce a valid NSF/Electronic print image file according to the clearing house they referred me to upon installation. I contacted the technical support department of EBS with my problem, and they knew absolutely nothing about how to fix my problem. I had to purchase some valid software from a totally different company which ended up costing me over $6000 more.
