I ordered from this company and after a lengthy wait, (contrary to what they advertise as next or same day shipping), I received the wrong item about a month later. I contacted the company to let them know they shipped me the wrong merchandise and they required that I return the (incorrect) item with shipping insurance for a refund. After another lengthy wait and many inquiries on my part, the company denies ever receiving my return; even though I have confirmation from the post office along with a confirmation number that delivery was indeed attempted. After a few more months, the incorrect item came back to me again in the mail, and the company's excuse for not making right their many mistakes was that "someone is always here to receive packages." Clearly that is not the case as I have documentation from the post office that delivery was attempted and a note would have been left as the package required a signature since it was insured. I am now out, not only the money I paid for the original item plus shipping, but also an additional $20 for return insured postage (to return their mistake), and many hours of my time corresponding and trying to get them to take responsibility for their mistakes, to no avail. They have basically just quit communicating and refuse to do the right thing and own up to their mistakes.
