Ebulkcandy.com - Eric Keller Candy Sites Ripoff, Failure to Deliver Product and Failure to Refund My Money. Will not Reply to my Messages, Ewing New Jersey

On June 29, 2005, I requested an on-line quote from ebulkcandy.com for 10 pounds of Brach's Butterscotch Discs. I received an immediate reply.

On June 29, I printed out the supplied quote and mailed my personal check, in the amount of $36.22, which was in accordance with their quote ($29.90 for the candy and $6.32 for shipping) to ebulkcandy.com, P.O. Box 7787*, Ewing, N. J., 08628. Phone: (215)392-4343.

*Note: The Postmaster in Ewing told me that this P.O. Box is actually in West Trenton, NJ.

On July 6, 2005, ebulkcandy.com cashed my check.

As of this date (09/07/05) and after repeated requests, ebulkcandy.com has not delivered my order nor have they refunded my money.

It is useless to try and contact this company! They apparently count on customers losing interest in recovering small amounts, especially if you are located some distance from them.

An individual, representing this company, by the name of Karen replied to my previous complaint on (another site), quote: "This customer complaint has been successfully resolved." This is a "standard" reply just to get customers off their backs and make it look like they have their 99% satisfied customers. Their reply to customer complaints of their "Failure to deliver the product" or return a "refund" are answered thus:" Naturally, we cannot please everybody!"

They don't mind keeping the money!

I have filed formal complaints with the Attorney General, Division of Consumer Affairs in NJ and California. In my case, a formal complaint was also filed with the US Postal Authorities since they used a USPS mail box to receive and take my money.

(I SUGGEST THAT CONSUMERS NEVER SEND A CHECK OR ANY PAYMENT TO A P.O. BOX LISTED BY ONE OF THESE ON-LINE COMPANIES!) I also filed formal complaints with the Internet Fraud Complaint Center (IFCC) and the National Fraud Information Center (NFIC).

I would encourage anyone that has been cheated by this company to file a complaint with all of the above agencies. It is very easy to file using their on-line complaint forms and by phone with the NFIC.
