Ec Computer - Ebay Auction Ripoff Brooklyn New York
I was also ripped off on Ebay by these people. I purchased a flat panel monitor for a total of $391 (item, shipping, and insurance) but never received item. Seller's only correspondence to me was a "thank you" when the auction ended and and said "allow us some time to ship." Since then, I have received no replies to my e-mails. I filed my complaint with PayPal and received judgement in my favor, but they said they were unable to recover any funds.
I've noticed that I'm not the only victim of these theives and would like to the next level. I'd like to file claims with any agency I can. If anyone who has filed complaints can point me to proper authorities ( websites, e-mail addresses, phone numbers) I'd be very grateful.

FBI and attourney general wont do anything unless you lost (personally, or more than a few of you in the SAME state) got burned for more than $250,000
That's pretty much what its going to take to get any "law" enforcement agency to act on any complaint of fraud.
And the USPS can't do anything if the parties involved are out of the US
Why you should never:
1) buy electronics on ebay
2) buy computers on ebay
3) buy a car/motorcycle site unseen ebay
4) buy a laptop on ebay.

After all the years that passed by, the USPS Fruad unit, the New York attorney general, not anyone I filed complaits with against the rip-off fruad artists.... not one of these lousy worthless consumer protection agencies went after the crooks. Postal Serice probably threw the comp-liants away, the NY attorney general is worthless, unless you donate into his campaign. The police are totally worthless. eBay was worthless, even though they paid the insurnace (after they kept some money-- greedy bastards) It appears those crooks got away with ripping off at least more than 10 people.
Out justice system stinks so bad. so rotten..
