HORRIBLE, FRAUDULENT SITE! Non existent customer service, dishonest, major shipping problems. Ordered a textbook from them which was show in-stock but did not receive until two weeks later. Paid extra for expedited shipping but the item came ground. In the meantime, I tried to call customer service only to be put on hold for over 30 minutes. Never did get to talk to anyone.

Emails to customer service are not answered in a timely manner and when they do reply, it's with a 'canned' response. They also noted in the response that "...if you do not receive the item by _ _ _ to contact customer service..." which is a joke because you can't get through to customer service - EVER!!

The tracking number provided with the email response was followed with the URL for U.S. Mail which I typed in and received a bounce back when in reality, the item was shipped via UPS. Had to go to a local Barnes and Noble, which fortunately had the book but am now faced with returning the copy I eventually recieved from ecampus.com. Am afraid I won't even get my money back.
