I ordered a book on Feb. 16th and paid an additional $5 for expedited shipping. The description of the book said "Ships in 48 hours".

The book arrived Feb. 27th and was shipped UPS Ground. Hardly what I would call "Expedited shipping". Not that I expected FedEx for that price but even 1st Class U.S. Postal Service would have been faster and would have cost less than $5 for a paperback book of sheet music of about 26 pages.

Stay away from ecampus there are plenty of other places to buy books that won't rip you off like these people do.

I placed an order for two books one week ago. Both books were claimed to be "in stock" and that they would be shipped in 2-3 days. Well it is one week later and no books. I needed them yesterday. I checked ecampus.com to find that one order was cancelled and the other was still on back order. Now I have to find another place to get the one book and wait another week (at least) for the other book.

It is an incredibly inefficient system and the customer rep. I spoke to displayed absolutely no sympathy for my situation.

Find another source for books.
