ECampus, T_Jennie Godfrey ripoff, did not pay for book buyback Lexington Kentucky

I sold text books to Ecampus, followed all their policies, my books were shipped timely, accepted, and I was to be paid $97.10 in 4-6 weeks. The transaction was on 12/21/05 and it is now 5/2/06, almost 5 months ago. I have inquired about payment several times and am told they are busy, delays, etc, etc. My emails are answered by T_Jennie Godfrey, each time. I wanted to include her name so she may be proud of her work. I have reported them to the BBB and don't know what else to do. Will participate in class action suit. I am furious that this company is preying on POOR college students. I wish I had seen this website prior to using them. I see a few people finally received payments after ecampus was contacted by the BBB, apparently this did not work for me. I have been waiting longer already.
