Complaint Review: Eccellente Gourmet Coffee

This company tried selling me on a deal in which I would pay them $16,000 and get 5 coffee machines in which they would assist me in placing them and signing deals with businesses to place them in.

They promised me they would fly a representative to me to help me with the entire process.

They promised me I could relocate machines at their expense if they do not produce good business.

I then requested more information...using my credit card to pay for shipping, they sent me a brochure. Inside the brochure was THE form for me to sign up with the program...including payment options. Of course, I read the fine terms of agreement on the back...everything I was promised was covered..

In the terms of agreement..
"...delivery and location of product is Franchisee's responsibility."
also...
"Franchisee agrees that he or she is not relying upon any verbal representation whatsoever, except as expressly set forth in this Agreement."

Basically what they are saying is that I pay them thousands of dollars for some machines and that is all I get. It means they can promise the world to me, but all I get is what is in the Terms of Agreement (yes, I know that goes with anything you buy, however it is still unethical business tactics).

Other coffee vending franchises are out there. I am fairly certain they can all be linked. This company just so happens to be in the same area code as Palm Beach Specialty Coffee who I am also filing complaints against for similar reasons.
