I ordered a pair of ecco shoes (ecco chander) in december 2014 from the websitewww.eccosaleuk.co.uk
I payed 77.03 GBP
I got the shoe in a wrapped plastic after about a month, it came from China.
The shoe model were wrong and the size were also a bit small. I contacted the company and they wanted picture to see if the order was wrong.
I didnt hear from them in a week and contacted them again.
They told me that the country had strict custom laws and that taking them back was not possible. They advised me to sell them or give it to some friend.
However they did offer me a 15 % compensation. I told "Judy" that I want my money back, that I want the address to sent them back, wich I didnt get.
My last email to them was that I suspected that their company was fake and that they sent me replicas of eccos. I know this because I took the ecco shoes they sent me to a real ecco store and asked.
I simply got rip offed. Its only money but next time I buy a shoe from a real store nearby.
