We have been having problems for all of the seven months that we have had Dish Network. I was told our bill would be a certain amount after 3 months and wow were we surprised when we received the bill. It was about 3 times what we were told. I sent in the amount I was quoted over the phone and the next bill was even higher with costs from previous bill on it. Even charged a second time for installation. We have talked to many employees of this company, all who tell us something different. We have contacted our State Dept. of Consumer Affairs. This company is a complete rip off. Our service was cut off the last of May without our being told and we are still being billed as though we still have the service. We called and said if they would send us a letter stating that we do not owe them anything they can have the equipment. We are thoroughly disgusted with this company. We received a recorded message that boxes are being sent to send all the equipment back, but have not received a letter.
