On September 17th I called to cancel service, the representative said she wanted to make a special accomodation to me incase I changed my mind, she was going to suspend the account for one year and if I didn't call or come back the account would cancel. We paid every bill on time, including the final bill. It has not been yet a year and wow we have a bill over $300 dollars. They never called our home, they never sent a letter or bill. They turned the service back on and just kept billing us. I would say that is a special accomodation for a good customer of 5 years. I spoke to 2 reps and a supervisor Nick rep XHK in Ohio who refused to credit the charges or fix the account.
