Complaint Review: EchoStar Satellite L.L.C. DishNetwork

we signed up with dish (a dish comeback special brouchure) for we signed with dish network for one year with a quote by phone with their customer service. (a come back to dish special brochure rec'd in the mail)
customer service (sales ) gave us an annual billing of 576.12 which we paid by credit card in November 2006 with service starting December 2006. Now it is July and received a bill for 70.34. We immediately call dish and are told that our money was applied monthly until it ran out and we did not have an annual deal. Three more calls to customer service including the manager in the resolutions dept and was told they had made the decision not to honor our annual deal. we could canel our contract which was made for 18 months. dish network is not willing to work with us. they tell us to keep dish for the rest of the year it will be 83.97 per month. This is a misrepresentation by dish sales and fraudlent billing practices.
