I had submitted a complaint 2 days ago and here is another one.

It is another bad service happened today, the following emailed was sent to customer service already.
I called your operator on Friday to set up a follow up appointment for us today, she said someone would be coming between 12 and 5, i had just called and i had been told that no appiontment was set up. Josh, the supervisor had talked to me and he could only set up the appointment again for tuesday. Your techs and customer services are completely messed up. My wife has been waiting for you since morning till now and we had to be punished by your lousy customer service? You guys said you would send the supervisor this time. If this time your tech or supervisor does not do their jobs right and provided bad customer service again, no one will sign the paper. Last time your tech forced my wife to sign the paper because i was on phone; but i am the account holder, not her at all.
