Scammer.
The offer comes as a "Thank You" for filling out a customer service survey for Spectrum Internet. The offer says it is a free gift, just pay shipping and handling. The company then uses the S&H account info to enroll you in a monthly subscription service.
I cancelled the service after my bank called me, and now they are threatening to sue me unless I return the "free gift".
I am on the the phone with the companies CS department in Lyons, CO. now.
Do NOT give them your acct info, do not fall for this scam.
