ecigsbrand ecigs is a rip off troy mi
on june 14, 2013 i called the 800 number for e cigs brand eletronic cigs to cancell the program. on sept 20,2013 i recieved a shipment from them. when i called to find out why they shipped me a product & charged my account they told me they just "suspended" the acct for 3 months.
i requested a full refund but was told their police was a 50% refund only. they continued with that untill i reminded them that their calls are "recorded for quility purposes" they can find my original call from june 14, 2013 & listen to me "cancel" the program. then they decided to refund all my money.
when i asked for a way to get hold of an owner or boss i was refused that info.
this company is a complete rip off. making money from people that dont pay attention to the details
