ECO Construction & Maintenance Management collects money for work completed but does not pay the subcontractor who did the work Lake Mary Florida
We were contracted by ECO in January of 2017 to perform service work at a medical facility. Cheryl told me on 6/14/17 ECO had recieved payment from the medical company and it was sent to another department to process for payment to us and she would email the CFO. Since then I have made numerous phone calls with the same run around. Now all I get is a recording saying they are experiencing technical difficulties and no response via email either.
