ECO FRIENDLY CONSTRUCTION REVIEW - BEING INVOLVED IN BIG HOME REMODELING SCAM! BUYER BEWARE- THE HOME DESIGN CENTER aka HOME OWNERS DIRECT IS A FRAUD.
THE HOME DESIGN CENTER aka HOME OWNERS DIRECT has a telemarketing center at 3151 Cahuenga blvd. in Los Angeles CA. They solicit home owners and falsely present themselves as a contractors referral service. This call center is owned by OFER FARKASH of SAHL Builders and ECO FRIENDLY CONSTRUCTION lic. # 366984 is one of His Own companies. The only companies that will be referred to a customer are his own companies. Other contractors cannot join this so called referral agency.
They created a phony Website called at LocalRemodeling.com. It is a fraud. When you type in Local remodeling.com the site is named Home Remodelers Direct. Home Remodelers direct is a fraudulent Contractors referral agency. It is owned and operated by OFER FARKASH. First of all, when you call their Telephone number listed on their website you reach a Telemarketer. The website indicates that they take Credit Cards and offer financing. Referral companies do not do this, but, companies like ECO FRIENDLY CONSTRUCTION lic # 366984 do.
ECO FRIENDLY CONSTRUCTION lic. # 366984 is one company doing business through HOME OWNERS DIRECT. The others are GO GREEN REMODELING Lic # 468748, TLC HOME IMPROVEMENT Lic # 299161, UNIQUE HOME DESIGN Lic #441931. HOME OWNERS DIRECT aka THE HOME DESIGN CENTER is operated and owned by OFER FARKASH. It is a SCAM. THEY ARE ALL THE SAME and they want you to think that they are competitors. What a rip-off!!!!
ECO FRIENDLY CONSTRUCTION lic# 3669874 has a website hosted ON THE SAME IP ADDRESS by the SAME WEB HOSTING ACCOUNT for all the companies.

Please take notice that Ofer Farkash ("Farkash") has initiated a civil action in the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, Case No. BC494297, due to allegedly false statements made by you (the "Action"). In the Action, Farkash seeks to subpoena the records of Xcentric Ventures, LLC, in an effort to ascertain your identity, for the IP addresses for the numerous complaints that you have posted on the website Rip Off Report, www.ripoffreport.com, under the pseudonym "Jim," Sue, or any other pseudonym, about Farkash. The business records derived from the aforementioned subpoena are to be produced by Xcentric Ventures, LLC, to Michael D. Kolodzi, Esq., 3151 Cahuenga Blvd. West, Suite 244, Los Angeles, California 90068, in compliance with FRCP Rule 45 and California Code of Civil Procedure 2020.410, et seq.

To all readers of this complaint:
I am the attorney for Ofer Farkash. Please be advised that the foregoing "complaint" is nothing more the empty sentiments of a scorned ex-employee, who wants to harm the business reputation of Mr. Farkash. Unfortunately, in this day and age, many ex-employees and competitors resort to sites like ripoffreport.com to convey their vitriol in an effort to harm or extort their target, knowing that the report cannot be taken down.
Indeed, a cursory review of any of the corporate records on file with the Secretary of State of California and/or the Contractor State License Board would easily disprove the allegations that Farkash "owns" these companies. Rest assured, our office is currently involved in a defamation lawsuit against the poster of this "complaint." If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact my office.
