Complaint Review: Eco-Lending international

I was approved for a loan through Eco-lending international.  It was for good terms and low interest.  I agreed to the terms and there was a $250.00 set up fee that I had to send by moneygram to Alice Onore.  then there was a $420.00 fee for FCU and a $500.00 fee for taxes, and a $480.00 fee for something else.  All to be sent to Alice Onore.  Then they said my funds would be in my account.  also the bank is Sparda Finance company and they are in on it also.  I sent all fees and no money was sent and no one has gotten back to me.  very dissapointed and don't know what to do.  They have all my money so I can't hire a lawyer.
