Complaint Review: Ecolab

On Oct 24, 2011 my former employer Ecolab, located in Mcdonough Ga terminated me for supposely threatening & intimidating another associate which I did not do. Oct 14, 2011 I was suspended for the alleged accusations. Several witness whom also testified on my behalf signed statements I presented to them that I did none of the false accusations Human Resource Rep Jones and others said I did. I then
file a charge with the EEOC for discrimination in November that same year, stating that not only have their been others with worst disciplinaries than myself, but all if not most of my co-workers were guilty of their write-ups. The EEOC allow Ecolab Mcdonough to lie to them and mislead them to believe my file with Ecolab and other small things were reason enough to make their case stick. The EEOC Senior Investigator Trey Pyle assured me that he believe I had a really good case againt this company, but he also lied. I was terminated only because of Union practice with Local teamsters 728 here in East Point Ga. But like the EEOC and not gaining some type of endorsement funding behind all of my innocence , The NLRB also let me down saying that " They could'nt see where Ecolab violated any unlawful acts. My
co-workers testify on my behalf, my co-workers as many as (3) sign statements saying on Oct 13,2011 Harold Catlin did not bring bodily harm to the alleged aggresser who is believe to have been and is the nephew of Ecolabs Human Resource Rep Penny Jones. I also have recorded statements from these co-workers also. Ecolab according to its own handbook policies, did violate against me and have shown lots of mis-mangement against me. Theres lots more to this AT WILL company. I have blog for months with what I believe this company has done to me
and my family financially. I enjoyed working at Ecolab, but they cannot get away with wrong doing. Read my blog post. Now as of today July 23,2012 Ecolab has sent me a threatening two page letter from an atty Jackson Lewis at 1155 P'tree St Ne Atanta Ga 30309, saying stop and cease engaging unlawful activity immediately for inaccurate communications and unlawful misconduct for pleading
this wrongful termination to their Corp executives to which I have fraudulently indentify myself as one of them. Malicious is one of many words this attorney has stated in this letter. He also states (Jackson Lewis) My actions are unlawful and violate a number of Ga statues,including but not limited to the Ga Computer Systems Protection Act. And my conduct with these blogs constitutes libel against Ecolab its Managers and employees. If i don't stop this as of right now Ecolab employees and who's names I have blog about will take appropriate legal action to defend their interests and end this misconduct. I must be advised Ecolab will seek recovery of all remedies under state and federal law, including injunctive relief,
monetary damages and recoverys' fees and costs incurred in taking such action. Take us seriously Mr Catlin or (suffer) legal consequences.
