Complaint Description:
I ordered an Ecoloblue 28 atmospheric water generator on 12/5/2009. I received the unit approximately 4 weeks later and paid $1314.45 total for the unit and a 2 year supply of filters. The unit arrived at my home damaged in shipping. My wife spoke to (Tyler) at Ecoloblue to explain the damaged unit. We sent pictures showing the damage. We agreed that if they shipped us the replacement parts that we would try and repair the unit. After receiving the replacement parts the unit's fan wasn't working either so we spoke to Ecoloblue's technical support department and were told the unit was beyond our repair ability. We shipped the unit back for what we were told would be a full refund. On 1/25/2010 we finally got a partial refund but the company insists on charging us a $103.19 shipping charge. UPS damaged the unit in shipping so we are NOT responsible for shipping. We DEMAND a refund of $103.19.

Planets PUrest Water are a bunch of crooks
Air2water .net and .org all the same
they rip people off
and if they do ever deliver product that is paid for, it is broken, defective, leaking and junk and try to get it repaired or replaced.......... the new up and coming industry of devices making drinking or pure water from the air
is muddied with a lot of crooks and con artists who have for years taken, bilked and flat out liars and theft probable MILLIONS of dollars
these shameful crooks need to be put out of business and hopefully prosecuted
