I ordered a $240 roll of radiant barrier insulation from this company a month ago. I tried to give them extra time on shipping because it was the holidays. I called several weeks later asking where it was. A guy with a russian accent answered the phone. He said my order was shipping from their warehouse in Wisconsin and that they only shipped on Mondays, (???) so I should have it by Wednesday.

The product never arrived. I called again early last week, got the same guy on the phone. He said my order was still listed as pending, and that he would "check with the shipping company," and call me back.

I never recieved the call back I was promised. Finally, by the end of last week, I had had enough. I called probably 15 times that day, with no response. I emailed...no response. Online tech support...no response. it's been three business days of trying now, and it's like the whole company vanished without a trace! The website is still up, but nobody's answering anything....I will have no choice but to take some kind of legal action now.

 

DO NOT buy from this site, you WILL be swindled.
