Hello

I am writing to let you know that ecomm elite is not the best company to rely on with the complicated amazon platform. Their customer support is horrible. You will pay for 30 days of membership and will wait them to repond to your tickets for 5 days (I have screen shots of every ticket sunbitted showing when it was submitted and whet it was replied). So, you are paying them to sit and wait while they decide to respond to you or not.

More, the big share of the group "ecom elite open group" is fake, the most of the members are their friends or employees, so the group is not trustful #ecommelite #chriskeef #ToddSnively. That is why I have created a new group to let others to post what they really think about them. Here is the link to the group

https://www.facebook.com/groups/1725039527511567/

The matter is that they - #ecommelite #chriskeef #ToddSnively prefer to block, delete and ban the claim or unsatisfaction by their customer rather than resolve it. For exampl, a guy posted a cooment asking about the usefulness of their wbc.deals, I replied hime exlaining him that I am not satisfied because the products there are very price and the majority of the UPC codes are not identified by amazon, and you what? They have deleted my comment! This is already not a good sign in the business relationshp.

I really really hope to be ableo to upload my screen shot of their support so you can understand that they are not the one to be trusted.

More, I saw that my tickets are not being addressed properly and decided to ask my questions in their group named ecomm elite open group. And you what? they saw that I am not satisfied, so #ToddSnively responded to my comment in a very rude and impolite way, delted my comments again, and you know what? He blocked me!

After blocking me on facebook he sent me an email with the following content:

Hi
One of the perks of being the owner of this company is that I get to work with who I want to work with. I no longer want you in this group.  I have removed you from all courses, tool access, fb groups, and have refunded any payments you've made.
Your attitude is horrific and your public allegations false.  Every single ticket has been responded to, and duplicate tickets were merged into other tickets and answered.
Please do not reapply for membership.
Sincerely,
Todd

So, they are supporting me, I ask questions in facebook and I am the one with horrific attitude?!  Are you kidding me?! I paid you $500 for 30 dyas and you are NOT responding to my questions for 5,3, 2 days, this means I am wasting my time! I am wasting my money because of your irresponsible and horrific attitued #ToddSnively!

In the next step I am going to upload the screenshots so you can see this review is an hones review and not eddited by #ecommelite #chriskeef #ToddSnively.

Thanks for your time!

Todd Snively appears to have stolen someone else's content and sold it as his own!

Todd apparently has a history of stealing. There is another Rip Off Report here regarding his possible scam of investors as a commodities broker. The government shut him down and he does not specifically deny anything in his response or in any talks that he gives when pushing his new online E-com course. He may have made a mistake in the past, learned from it and moved on, but it appears he is back to his old tricks.

Todd claims to have been selling on Ebay and Amazon ever since the Federal government shut him down and confiscated millions of dollars. He has been selling various courses over the past few years, but one of his most recent ones seems to be an exact copy of a young man named Beau Crabill. In the video series Todd sells, he uses the EXACT same screenshots as Beau and simply has replaced Beau's words with his own. He says the exact same thing Beau does word for word. Some of the screenshots even shot Beau's Amazon account and the image he uses for his Google account. You can copy and paste the link below to see the clear and disturbing evidence for yourself.

"TODD SNIVELY Stole MY COURSE - Ecom - Elite 7 Figure Cycle" - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2gS08HtY4uQ

I went to his Facebook page to ask him about it as I believe everyone deserves to have a fair chance to tell their side of the story, however instead of explaining himself, he deleted the comment and blocked me. Perhaps he will respond here since he has in the past and if he is able to clear this situation up, I will be glad to remove this comment or clarify it to reflect new information. Unfortunately, the evidence looks pretty clear. I don't understand why he would do this if he already was as successful as he claimed to be. If anything, this situation clearly demonstrates that he is a man with suspect morals who will take advantage of anyone and anything to feed his own pockets.

Ecomm Elite is the Real Deal

#4REBUTTAL Owner of company

Thu, November 16, 2017

Ecomm Elite works very hard to make sure that each and every one of our members is treated with respect, receives the level of service they deserve and receives exactly what they pay for with our membership.  Ecomm Elite's success is well documented and I only just now have seen this complaint and wish to offer just a short response.

The statement the complaintant made that our open group group is "fake" and that most of the members are our friends or employees is completely and totally false.  We have a few open groups on Facebook, some started by us, some started by others, and any members of those groups are completely organic.  We don't tell people to join those groups, and we don't manipulate those groups in any way.  For anyone to say anything otherwise is false and tortious.

I also do not agree that our customer support is "horrible", but I am sure that there have been instances of a ticket taking a few days to get responded to, depending on what the nature of the ticket is.  Specific questions get answered very quickly, questions like, "How can I make a milliion dollars super fast" will probably sit for a little bit because they are not great questions.

We do not heavily moderate our Facebook groups, but we do reserve the right to delete comments that are against the terms of service of our group.  We do not allow comments that contain false or misleading information, and I have deleted comments in the past that were overly negative.  Negativity is rarely useful to people who are just getting started, and there's a right way and and a wrong way to express dissatisfaction.  This particular person constantly posted misinformation and her motive was to be disruptive and negative.  So, we kicked her out, refunded her money and she responded by filing this complaint with false allegations.  Not much we can do about that expect offer this response.

We deal with many thousands of people and every now and then you have to deal with something like this.  Our repuation speaks for itself, and we feel bad that there's even one person out there that wasn't thrilled silly with our group and services, after review it's pretty clear that there really wasn't anything we could do that would have made this person satisfied.

Maybe I am wrong, but after re-reading my response to this person (and you guys have no idea what we went through with her), I thought it was actually pretty straightforward and to the point.  I wouldn't term it rude, just terse.

Best,

Todd

Disappointed

#4Consumer Comment

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I bought into the $997 just for the upc tool that should have helped cut the amount of time we were spending on spreadsheets, instead the software did not work for us, it was really messy and I found myself having to check every single upc on amazon, the software was giving false information that did not match up when I checked it on amazon - so I was back to manually doing everything like before only now I was out $997 for it.

I contacted their support for which I was basically told 'that shouldn't happen'. I had a large file that was too big to attach even though they could probably see it already within the software. I asked for refunds MULTIPLE times to which I only received dodging messages back. Their refund policy is that you have to get a product live and if it doesn't work then they'll help you - well maybe I would have gotten a product up with their system if their software actually did what it was supposed to do.

I told their support that and they did not want to give me a refund because I did not meet their 90 day 110% bs policy. I told them that I understand if a customer buys their product and never does anything with it then it is not the companies fault. In my case it was the companies fault, their product did NOT work for me and they should refund me the thousand dollars I put into something that did absolutely nothing for me.

A few months later they tried to charge me again for $197 monthly fee for using their software. Even after I left their FB group, unsubscribed from their emails, asked for refunds multiple times! Well what do you know, they refunded that money back to me really quickly while still keeping the $997.

How convenient that when I was within the 90 day timeframe there was no one answering back to me. Or how when I clearly stated and show your software did not work I stopped receiving responses.
I think it is one thing to have a refund policy but completely another when your software is not working for someone you should provide an unconditional money back guarantee because what you sold to me did not work for me therefore I was out a grand for something that did nothing. Which is really not fair on your part.
Maybe I could have gotten a product up if the software had worked to sort out all the information which was why I had bought it.
Yes, I understand refund policies and people buying software and programs that they never touch but if your software is not working for a customer don't cheat the customer by taking their money.

7 DAYS NO RESPONSE, I RESPOND AGAIN:

Not surprised that again I am NOT receiving a response from you. I don't find it ok that you take my money, not provide support when your software does not work and then NOT provide a refund.

How is that ok????

Would you pay $1,000 for something that does not work?

I was then told I received access to everything I paid for - wow, 'access' does not mean FUNCTIONAL.

I don't want access to their product that does not work for me, or their groups I just wanted my money back for which they should have honored. Buy products from companies that offer an unconditional money back guarantee, that treat their customers fair, not companies that dodge refunding you. Unless your 100% sure that what your buying is going to work flawlessly, otherwise don't expect anything but disappointment working with them.
