Complaint Review: Econo auto painting

 Worst Experience with an auto body shop Ever...... Dropped my husbands truck of sunday night get wheather stripping replaced and some paint work along the door jams from a locksmith mess up. When I got the estimate and paided with Mike, he spoke with my husband, myself, and lock smith, and we were all on the same page as far as what was to be fixed. Well I wasnt even able to pick up til Thursdays and was originally told tuesday evening would be the latest. Had to leave it there again to get the inside door panel touched up cause it wasn't done at all either was the weather stripping. Today after my husband spoke to a GM they were supposed to replace the weather stripping and refund 50 because of the circumstances. The wheather stripping they replaced it with is horrible and moldy. They should have just said that what they were going to replace it with is worse than what was on it from the beginning and we would've just left it but they didn't........ Andy the owner/manager was completely unprofessional and didnt care at all that his shop is producing shotty work. Mike whom wrote the estimate up was no where to be found cause hes a floater between stores so we never got to speak with him again to clarify what was supposed to be done. This whole experience has been horrible and our truck still isnt fixed right. Thanks for such shitty work!... Ill be sure to let everyone I knkw to stay far away from this unprofessional establishment. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone Ever!......... Kerri, Ocala, Fl
