Complaint Review: EconoHomes

Econohomes  for  a  home  purchase  is a bid  rip off. They  say they  are indorced by BBB and  have  been in  Business  for  10years. The  will resove   any problems  after a  sale. You  can  not  get a  Title and  they  will  not call you  back  after  sale.  In the  contract  it said  if  you  do not  receive  a  Deed  in  180 days  the  contract  is  nul  and  void. They will  not   give  you  your  money  back or  credit  on  another house. They  sold  us  a  home  that is in  a  flood  zone. You  can not  live  in this  home. My  son  went  there  to  see the  home  the court  house  said  it  was inhabitable and  we  would get  a  large  fine  if we  try  to  live in it.  We  have  lost  all  our  money snd  my  son died   from the  stress. I  have  lost  my  son and  my home  and  my  money. We  should  all band  together   and make them  give  us  our  money  back  or  be  band  from  selling  homes   to  anyone.  Joan - Lynnwood WA
