Economy Bookings Given false information over the phone which lead to me losing $1200 to a cancelation policy Valley Cottage New York
Agent over the phone said I could change the date of pickup over the website. My prepaid trip was canceled and no refund was given because it fell within 48 hours of pickup. The agent over the phone never said anything about this. Currently working with the BBB to get a refund. The company is fighting tooth and nail to not part with a dime. Comapanies that run like this should not be allowed to do business. Don't spend a cent here.
