ECONOMY RENT A CAR I rented the car from ECONOMY RENT A CAR in Orlando, FL. When I was driving one day, I saw the toll booth but I did not see any person inside. The toll was $0.59. I left $1 bill which I pushed into the slot. I was charge by the ECONOMY RENT A CAR - $20 (administrative fee) for not paying a few cents ($0.59) toll fee!!! Orlando Floryda
I rented the car from ECONOMY RENT A CAR in Orlando, FL. When I was driving one day, I saw the toll booth but I did not see any person inside. The toll was $0.59. I left $1 bill which I pushed into the slot. I was charge by the ECONOMY RENT A CAR - $20 (administrative fee) for not paying a few cents ($0.59) toll fee!!! I did just 100 - 150 miles and paid them over $450! They also charged me for just few more hours of rental - as an additional, whole day of rental, instead of prorated fee! They are simply very greedy company!
A respectful company would pay as a courtesy $0,59 from the money they would made ( $460 for just 150 miles), and do not charge the client $20 administrative fee just to keep her/him as a future client and keep her/him happy so he could rent again from me in the future, and recommend me to others!
