Complaint Review: Economy Signs

Issac Ortiz is the owner of Economy Signs and I paid him $3951.13 on July, 2017 to install an outdoor sign on my shop, he came based on a referral and then started making excuses why he had not done the work. I called him multiple times asking him about when the work would be completed and he always had an excuse and kept promising to complete it the next week. It was always him saying he would complete the job the following day but never came and did the work. After several weeks he would not even return my calls. I  had to pay someone else to do the job.  I found from another sign person that he did not even have his own sign truck and later found out that he did this to others. Also Issac Ortiz does not have his own license therefore he writes under another sign company in town.
