I bought a wireless security camera from them for home use. It arrived and was DOA. I called their customer support number and got an outsourced idiot in India. She would not issue me a refund nor a rma to return it for a new item. They said I needed to return it to the manufacture. What a rip, don't fall for their Premium service it's a rip off as they only give you 4 free shipments per year.
