I am disgusted with this company. I bought the PT800CE-A motherboard from a computer store in Italy, TX and discovered that the motherboard has a fatal system halt, random reboot error. After spending 120.00 in diagnostic fees of both hard drives, and spending several hours diagnosing the computer itself, I tried with great difficulty that tech support kept blaming me, and refused to troubleshoot the computer board. I then had to drive to several computer stores to find any back ground on the PT800CE-A motherboard and later realized ECS Elitegroup is not a top quality motherboard. Several technicians indirectly advised against if not avoiding Elitegroup altogether. After calling the technicians and the R.M.A. Dept, an email was replied to my BULK FOLDER! No return phone calles were made before or after this email. When I did call, I was rudely disconnected, after hearing wild music and sounded like they were drunk
or having a party!

I don't comprende espanol that well, but apparently the person I did get a hold of didn't know what to do, and dumped me to someone where the wild music was being played, and I heard a click where I disconnected. Mind you this was 2:20 pm Eastern, and 1:20pm Central standard time in the afternoon.

Please help me, if anyone also had issues with Elitegroup, I won't buy any of their products again!

Porque tu vives en Texas solamente tendras que pagar para mandarnos el tarjeta y nosotros pagaremos para enviartela. Asegurate que la motherboard
no tenga ningun dano fisico porque esto hace que la garantia no sea valida.

Por favor escribe el numero de RMA afuera de la caja en la que vas a mandar la
tarjeta.

Tu puedes mandarnos el motherboard por la compania de envios de tu preferencia. Si tienes alguna otra pregunta no dudes en contactarnos."
