I ordered a trial (14 day) sample of the TruGenix Hoodia for $3.95. A few day later I was doing some online research about the company and found out that by ordering the sample, I also agreed to purchase a 3 month supply for an additional $99 plus shipping. I e-mailed the company to cancel the order. I received a response the next day that I would have to call to have the order cancelled. I immediatly called and cancelled the order. I was on hold for 35 minutes and i finally spoke with Johnda and she pulled up my information and gave me a cancellation # (36000). I then asked if I would be charged for anything else and her response was "no, that cancels your order". My initial order was placed on Feb. 18, 2006. The cancellation was processed on Feb. 24, 2006. I thought this was the end.

That is, until I checked my bank account and saw a new charge of $28 and some change charged to my debit card on March 13, 2006 by a company called ecurves. I tried to call the 1-800 number listed on my bank statement, but it was not a valid number. I immediatly called my bank and had the debit card cancelled and a new one issued. I still have copies of the e-mail and cancelletion number. My bank is working to try to get my money refunded. However, they told me they could not block the company from taking more money because there was no company number listed. My only option was to close the cards.
