Complaint Review: Ecustomlogonet

What started out as what I thought was a simple logo request ended up being a waste of all of our time. First, let it be known that logo creation is not simple. It's a process. The logos are of the quality of clip art from Microsoft Word. Nothing looks customized at all. When you clarify how you want it customized, it looks like a child did it.

My lesson learned is to release yourself from the relationship early if you are not satisfied because they'll tell you to work with then for 90 days before requesting a refund. And if you make it to that point they'll write you a nasty email saying "this is how you thank us?" It's a selfish perspective for customer service and they'll basically take on the view of we did all this for you if you ask for a refund. It's really not worth the hassle.

The design skill level is only a small part of the problem. I could've worked with that and did for over 2 months. However, I sent some changes I wanted and wouldn't receive any follow up sometimes. When I would follow up, they'd say they sent it and re-send me something that I previously already asked for changes. Sometimes, they were 2 iterations ago and I'd have to provide those change requests again.

One time a month went by between my waiting and my following up. During that time I found a better company to work with. Also, I want to note that the email address on the website matched that for other logo design services. So make sure you look up info@premiumlogocreation.com and avoid any of the companies that use that email address if you want something that isn't cookie cutter.

This company is a clear case of you get what you pay for. However, I will say if you are ok with a cookie cutter logo, you may appreciate their services much better than I did. I saw some other reports on this website that reflect exactly what I went through in 2017 so clearly their quality of work has not changed.
