ECycle Group enticed me with their high rebate prices so I shipped (documented 23 type of) ink/toner cartridges, which was counted several times as well as carefully packaged.  In the end they made me feel like a senile idiot who cannot count or see as they ripped me off blind.  


 


On 1/20/2010 I tried to speak with a Supervisor after e-mailing an excel spreadsheet breaking down all the discrepancies such as MIS-MATCHED PRICING, MIS-MATCHED QUANTITIES, MIS-MATCHED ITEMS (e.g. Canon PG-40 was shipped for $4.25 rebate instead they paid for Canon PG-30 priced at $1.00).


 


Briefly the Supervisor explained that 2 items (totaling $20.00 in discrepancies) contained correct pricing since it was based of List 84 (covering shipments received from 10/16/09-10/31/09, they received my shipment on 10/28/09).


 


As for the remaining discrepancies ($47.65 which is approx. 12% of my shipment) the Supervisor become annoyed, he sharply stated that all shipments are triple counted by professionals at eCycle Group & that they didnt make any mistakes. 


 


At the end I was threatened with legal action if I complain, so I guess Freedom of Speech


is an illusive subject they try to sweep under the carpet maybe to join my missing money I cant seem to find L.


 

Be aware when you see deductions based on Peeling Electric Strip, Damaged Printer, Remanufactured/None-Virgin and most of all incorrect quantities since these are all tactful tricks to short pay you.
